Daily Fruit + Play

Yesterday I ate:

9:00 . . . juice of 6 valencia oranges
12:00 . . juice of 6 valencia oranges
4:00 . . . 1/2 lb. of grape tomatoes
5:00 . . . 6 oranges + 1 lb. grape tomatoes
6:00 . . . 4 oranges + 1.5 lbs. grape tomatoes
7:00 . . . a few grape tomatoes + a few medjool dates

Play: secret obsessions, gymnastics, stretching

There is just a simple thought on my mind today:

NOTHING tastes better than fresh, ripe, sweet, juicy fruit. NOTHING!

And if you are entertaining thoughts that something else would taste better, would be more "fun", would make you feel better, your thoughts are nothing but the hypnotic programming we have all received from the moment we were born. This programming comes through our families, schools, friends, and media but it all starts with the very misaligned "food" manufacturers who only want your money and do not care about your health and well-being. They will sell you most vile poisonous harmful sickening junk on the planet after hypnotizing you into thinking it's a good thing, a desired thing. It's CRAZY.

So please, dear peeps, DON'T BE FOOLED! People are starting to wake up now, and you can be one of the first on your block to wake up to the whole food conspiracy. You are too intelligent to fall for that stuff. Don't believe them.

NOTHING tastes better than fresh, ripe, sweet juicy fruit. NOTHING. ♥

  1. I know! I know…
Fruit is the most beautiful, delicious, healthy, juicy, sweet and perfect food for human.
But definitely, people around sometimes try to change our hearts and if we are in a difficult moment of our lives, maybe we give them the chance to decide for us even if we are not agree with it.
Today, I know it is our mission to spread around the beautiful fruit seeds and to invite our people to try this delicious, beautiful and natural lifestyle: fruitarianism.

  2. Hey there Isabel!
I noticed your comment on menstruation before & thought I should say; Before starting an all raw fruit diet my periods were very, very bad, sometimes horrific. But since being on a fruit diet, the bleeding has completely disappeared, but I am still fertile and ovulating. I believe, through my own experiences and reading about others, that the excessive bleeding is unnatural and a sign that something is wrong. It seems that some fruitarians bleeding disappears completely, while others bleeding is reduced down to a tiny, infrequent period.
So, maybe it is with you that the bleeding is gone, but you are still well and fertile?
I hope this is helpful, and everything turns out well for you :)
    xx

    Dear Jules,
I'm still loving your blog, it makes me happy to read it. So many similar experiences! And you've inspired me to discover a secret obsession all of my own, tee hee!

And I hope you don't mind the above note. Womens troubles can be so daunting and scary an issue, I felt I should share a bit of what I experienced myself. I hope you don't find it rude.

  3. Hey there! I agree one hundred percent. Food these days is so much more about entertainment than true enjoyment and nutrition. I also have had a long history of period trouble, and this diet really does make things a whole lot better. Peace and love help to!

  4. Fruits are wonderful but unfortunately not enough to substain a long term health. That's why everybody should eat some greens. However fruits should represent at least 80% of our diet with some greens every days.

  5. Yes! In full agreement here! Fruits are the yummiest in the world! To even conceive what fruit is like in the tropics, warmed by the sun, the most brilliant of colors, and sensational tastes that seem to be exactly what you could have dreamed up! Right now that thought is of a pineapple!

Then you see the goopy, unfresh dehydrated containers of things sold in shops and wonder how we got from that to this...

Love how children light up at the sight of great fruit... and many grown ups too... : )

  6. Hello from France!
It's a pleasure to read your blog Fruity jules, and your comments on 30bananas!
I observe very important changes in my menstruations with fruitarian diet (I eat some avocados and some cooking food for Christmas and january first), only 3 or 4 days, something like spottings (before that was 7 or 10 days, important flow). Wahoooo! so great!

Alyssa, Elizabeth, jules...shall you accept to answer a questionnaire for a medical thesis I'm writting, with a chapter about fruitarianism? If a lot of people answer it, I may prove that fruitarianism is good for health.
If you are OK you can find it on Anne's forum: iheartfruit.com at "questionnaire". Thank you very much!

Lisa, you may wish to start your own blog or website where you espouse your own beliefs. Glad you are loving the fruit!

  8. I needed to read all of this <3
Oh man. Over the last year I have discovered I am a fruitarian and excited to see some online support! I had been eating greens and just realized they are toxic to my body. Within two days of giving them and avocados up, the rest of my health issues have literally melted away! Yay! Hard to realize I must give up the toxic comfort of greens and avo. But now I feel free!

SOOO grateful for this blog. Makes me feel validated on the deepest level.
