Daily Fruit + Play

Yesterday I ate:

9:00 . . . juice of 8 tangelos
11:00 . . juice of 6 tangelos
1:00 . . . juice of 8 tangelos
4:00 . . .3 bananas + 3 medjool dates
6:00 . . 1 lb. cherry tomatoes + 6 pickling cukes + 6 dates
7:00 . . 1 lb. cherry tomatoes + a few dates
9:00 . . bit of tangelo juice

Play: Running/dancing outdoors (cold!), stretching, acrobatics

Bright sunshine on a bowl of tangelos. . . it's a beautiful sight. These tangelos are good, but not as good as the valencias will be when they come in, which should be any day now.

When I eat, I feel like a baby. I just eat as much as I want with no worries. To me, it feels like I am eating all day long with no restrictions. I LOVE this way of life. I prefer grazing all day long to eating 2 or 3 large meals. Maybe this will change for me in the future, but I doubt it. Ha!

  2. Dear Isabel. . . I love and appreciate your beautiful words! ♥ About your question: Well, seeing as how I believe that fruit is the optimal food for all humans, it stands to reason that I think you will not only NOT have any problems but that you will come to a high level of health and well-being in all areas, including fertility. Your period may lessen greatly, which is a blessing. Hope this helps! ☺

  3. thanks for your words julie,
i agree with you. the thing is that i have not received my period for a while and i was wondering if it has something to do with my nutrition.. as i said you last time, i´ve had a lot of hormonal problems after i had anorexia, so i´m afraid that if i lose my period again, the day that i want to have children i won´t be able to get pregnant....
thats why i asked you, because you know more than me about this....

thanks a lot julie, lots of love

  4. Hi again, Isabel. . . I do not know what is going on with you, or your medical history and such. So all I can say is that living healthfully is the best thing one can do for themselves. The body is very intelligent and can take care of itself if given all the right conditions to thrive. Fresh air, sunshine, sleep and rest, juicy fruit, love and sweetness, some body movement. Hope this helps! ♥

  5. Just curious Jules, when you do your non-mono meals during the day - Do you eat one food at a time or mix all at once. Simple curiosity is all :O)

  6. Hey there, Rick. . . I might eat the tomatoes and cukes together, then wait a bit for the dates. But I suppose they wind up in the stomach together anyway. I'm sure it is not optimal, but it doesn't seem to be a problem. I only seem to want to do that later in the day. Maybe some old habits lingering. I've been eating bananas and dates together with no problems. And today I ate some oranges and tomatoes together. Very delicious! Do you mono everything?

  7. Usually I always have mono eaten, except for non-sweet fruits. But, I thought about it(for something to do) the other day and wondered if it makes a difference to sequential eat when I mix.

I'm also trying not to mono eat the fruits for a bit and see how that goes. Maybe eat some pineapple, then some grapes for example. In addition, I'm trying to go from several small meals to just 2 a day. Such subtle tweaks in a way, I'll see how it goes though ;O)

  8. Thanks, Rick. . . interesting. . . now we are experimenting with the finer details. I feel certain mono is best if you have really good quality fruit and enough of it. For some reason I like to be more complicated when it's colder. . .again, maybe old habits. Let me know how it goes.
