6:00 . . . lots of muscadine grapes (~2 lbs.)
7:00 . . . 2 cantaloupes + a few tomatoes
9:00 . . . bit of watermelon juice
Play: barefoot walking/running ~ 3 miles, 1/2 hour New Secret Obsession, yoga
Am still grateful for the sun and the heat. It can't be too hot for me. Everything I eat is cooling to the body.
