Daily Fruit + Play

Yesterday I ate:

9:00 . . . juice from 1/4 watermelon, super sweet
12:00 . . juice from 1/4 watermelon, heavenly
3:00 . . . lots of muscadine grapes
4:00 . . . more grapes
5:00 . . . yeah, more grapes
7:00 . . . 4 bananas

Play: barefoot walking ~5 miles, stretching, lots of relaxing in the sun

As always, I am spending as much time as possible outside. Especially now as the sun's angle is changing and the days are cooler. The warmth of the sun is really perfect now. I love eating outside, too. Interesting, the concepts of inside and outside. Inside is kind of weird.
