Yesterday I ate:
9:00 . . . juice from 1/4 large watermelon
2:00 . . . 7 oranges
3:00 . . . several tomatoes and some muscadine grapes
4:00 . . . handful of grapes
5:00 . . . yeah, more grapes
8:00 . . . LOTS of grapes
Play: bit of walking and dancing, lots of yoga
Written down, this doesn't look like a lot of food, but I assure you that I felt like I was eating ALL DAY LONG! I love grape season.
