Yesterday I ate:
9:00 . . . some black grapes, very sweet!
12:00 . . juice of 8 large valencia oranges
2:00 . . . more grapes + 1 tomato
4:00 . . . 1 honeydew + 2 bananas
8:00 . . . 4 large valencia oranges + 3 bananas
Play: barefoot walking/running ~3 miles, yoga
I buy all types of bananas, mostly organic but sometimes not. To me, the best-tasting bananas are these from Earth University in Costa Rica. You can find them at Whole Foods. Yeah, they're shipped a long distance. But really, I don't worry too much about all the details. I just do the best I can in an imperfect world. I can feel that the Big Shift is happening, even right now, and we are all part of it.
Yesterday I was walking around the regular grocery store, looking at the fruit displayed under the hideous flourescent lights. And even though there was an abundance of stuff there, I had this feeling that there was NOTHING there to eat. I even had a few moments of feeling panicky, like there was literally no food for me to eat! I know what it was. It was my soul, wanting real tropical fruit right off the tree. . . the REAL food we are designed to have . . . wanting sunshine and fresh air all the time. Someday. . . someday soon. ♥

ReplyDeleteDo you eat any organic dried fruits like dates?
ReplyDeleteVerdonna.
Hi, Holli girl! ♥
ReplyDeleteYes, Verdonna. . . I usually do eat some dates in the fall and winter, but not a lot. I prefer the juicy fruits. : )
